Shipping policy

Seed orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.  Orders will be mailed by Canada Post regular mail. Please expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

Tubers will be shipped depending on weather conditions between our location (British Columbia) and the purchaser's location. We will not ship tubers if there is a chance of them freezing during shipment or once delivered. We communicate closely with out customers when shipping tubers to align expectations, and to ensure your order arrives to you safely and in good shape.  Generally, orders start to ship in April once temperatures warm up.  

Tubers are packaged carefully and will be mailed via Canada Post Prepaid shipping box. Orders do include tracking.
